Property Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for technical property-related matters in Southeast Asia and Mexico
• Deliver annual objectives and lead Climate Transition Plan initiatives
• Oversee property maintenance, budgets, and 5/10-year rolling property plans
• Coordinate Unit Facility Managers to ensure service execution and operational excellence
• Collaborate with the Expansion team on the design and handover of new properties
• Conduct annual property reviews and periodic compliance audits
• Support crisis and emergency management and contingency planning
• Provide training and resource management support for Unit FM teams

Requirements

• Academic degree in Real Estate, Asset Management, Project Management, Construction Management, or Facilities Management
• 10+ years of experience in Property & Asset Management, Facility Management, or Construction engineering
• 5+ years of experience in Procurement and Contract/Vendor management
• Proven experience managing multi-site projects in an international environment
• Knowledge of sustainability aspects in Real Estate (energy, water, emissions, waste)
• High-level technical understanding of commercial real estate buildings and equipment
• Fluency in English and relevant local languages
