Property Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure business-driven property management with a focus on economic profitability
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by ensuring housing is clean, functional, and well-maintained
• Manage rounds, service requests, cleaning, emergency handling, and service agreements
• Provide active leadership to the local team, encouraging development and initiative
• Optimize cash flows and property values through long-term perspective and maintenance projects
• Conduct inspections of residential and commercial properties

Requirements

• Extensive work experience in property management within the residential segment
• University degree in property technology, management, finance, economics, or similar
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and landlord responsibilities
• Experience in tenant relations
• Fluency in Swedish and English
• Valid B-driver's license
