Property Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of safe, pleasant, and well-maintained housing
• Manage rounds, service requests, cleaning, and emergency handling
• Coordinate and follow up with contractors to ensure quality and contract compliance
• Drive operational improvements and identify areas for development within the property portfolio
• Optimize property economics and long-term value through budget monitoring and cost control
• Plan and execute minor investment and maintenance measures
• Conduct inspections of residential and commercial premises

Requirements

• Several years of experience in property management within the residential segment
• Strong knowledge of landlord responsibilities and relevant regulatory requirements
• Experience coordinating and following up with contractors
• Proficiency in Swedish and English (written and spoken)
• Valid B-driver's license
• Higher education degree in real estate, technology, economics, or equivalent is a plus
