Property Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage operational property management for the assigned area
• Ensure safe, pleasant, and well-maintained residential environments
• Coordinate and follow up with contractors to ensure quality and contract compliance
• Drive property improvements and implement standard upgrades
• Optimize property economics through budget monitoring and cost control
• Conduct inspections of residential and commercial premises
• Handle service requests, cleaning, and emergency management

Requirements

• Several years of experience in property management within the residential segment
• Strong knowledge of landlord responsibilities and relevant regulatory requirements
• Experience coordinating and following up with contractors
• Proficiency in Swedish and English (written and spoken)
• Valid B-driver's license
• University degree in real estate, technology, economics, or equivalent is a plus
