Property Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and compliance
• Drive occupancy, revenue, and NOI through financial management and leasing oversight
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and performance trends
• Conduct tours, follow up with prospective residents, and create video content for leasing
• Manage social media engagement and online reputation
• Serve as the escalation point for resident concerns to ensure timely resolution
• Manage rent collections, delinquency, and eviction processes
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and local laws
• Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and service delivery
• Partner with maintenance to oversee turns, capital projects, and preventative upkeep

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in property management (multifamily preferred)
• 1+ year of leadership experience in a Property Manager or similar role
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting and expense management
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and property management regulations
• Experience with property management software (OneSite preferred)
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
