Responsibilities

• Manage the operation, maintenance, and development of the entire property
• Lead, coach, and manage staffing for the facilities team
• Long-term planning and follow-up of key performance indicators and budgets
• Ensure safe, efficient, and service-oriented property operations
• Act as the on-site safety officer and manage systematic fire protection work
• Maintain an active presence in the house, working 80% hands-on in the operation
• Collaborate closely with housekeeping, restaurant, beach club, and reception departments

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in property management, preferably within hotels
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire a team
• Positive mindset with the ability to work both strategically and physically
• Ability to thrive in a high-tempo environment with quick decision-making

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with pool operations
• Knowledge of water/sewage systems, ventilation, and electrical systems
• Experience with surveillance and control systems
• Interest in carpentry, painting, and gardening
• Knowledge of fire protection and safety work
