Property Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of assigned properties, including tenant screening, onboarding, and move-in/move-out processes.
• Administer lease agreements, renewals, and amendments while enforcing lease terms and property rules.
• Oversee rent collection, monitor arrears, and manage security deposit administration.
• Maintain positive tenant relationships by addressing inquiries, service requests, and complaints promptly.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, managing contractors and vendors to ensure property safety and functionality.
• Conduct regular property inspections and condition assessments.
• Prepare financial, operational, and management reports for property owners and stakeholders.
• Ensure full compliance with Dubai tenancy laws, EJARI, and DLD regulations.
• Monitor asset performance and recommend capital improvement projects to enhance property value.

Requirements

• 3+ years of property management experience specifically within the UAE.
• Deep familiarity with EJARI, the DLD portal, and Dubai tenancy laws.
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Real Estate, Business, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• RERA certification.
