Responsibilities
- Act as a primary point of contact for tenants and landlords regarding inquiries and appointments
- Provide triage services for tenant maintenance requirements and coordinate solutions with landlords and contractors
- Maintain regular communication with all parties via phone, email, or text and log detailed notes
- Conduct regular wellbeing calls to landlords
- Ensure all works are completed and invoiced within 21 days
- Monitor mandatory compliance and legislation for all managed properties
- Coordinate with Property Inventory Clerks to ensure required property inspections are completed
- Manage the check-out process, including communication regarding deposits and timelines
- Perform property visits as required
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional telephone manner
- Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills
- Full UK Driving License
