About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise Assistant Property Manager and Hospitality Tenant Coordinator
- Manage Emergency Response Plans and building amenities
- Oversee building access, work order systems, and vendor contracts
- Negotiate vendor service contracts and conduct property inspections
- Oversee lease administration, rent collection, and delinquencies
- Manage annual operating budgets and capital projects
- Implement ESG initiatives and manage risk-related tasks
- Support leasing programs by facilitating tours and broker relations
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate Property Management
- Knowledge of general accounting and building operations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with MRI, Building Engines/Prism, or Nexus preferred
- Ability to work onsite 5 days a week in Menlo Park, CA
Preferred Qualifications
- Four-year college degree
