About the role

Responsibilities

  • Supervise Assistant Property Manager and Hospitality Tenant Coordinator
  • Manage Emergency Response Plans and building amenities
  • Oversee building access, work order systems, and vendor contracts
  • Negotiate vendor service contracts and conduct property inspections
  • Oversee lease administration, rent collection, and delinquencies
  • Manage annual operating budgets and capital projects
  • Implement ESG initiatives and manage risk-related tasks
  • Support leasing programs by facilitating tours and broker relations

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate Property Management
  • Knowledge of general accounting and building operations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience with MRI, Building Engines/Prism, or Nexus preferred
  • Ability to work onsite 5 days a week in Menlo Park, CA

Preferred Qualifications

  • Four-year college degree
