Property Manager (CRE)

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial real estate properties and fulfill all obligations under management agreements
• Oversee lease administration, including abstracting leases and monitoring collections
• Develop and manage operating and capital budgets, track variances, and oversee CAM reconciliations
• Provide leadership and performance management to property staff and vendors
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with policies, codes, and regulations
• Bid, negotiate, and manage vendor contracts in accordance with client requirements
• Coordinate tenant and building construction work to ensure timely completion
• Maintain strong relationships with tenants, third-party owners, and internal stakeholders

Requirements

• 3+ years of real estate property management or related experience
• Valid real estate license
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong knowledge of finance and building operations
• Ability to analyze, prioritize, and delegate tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
• CPM, RPA, or CSM designation (or currently in progress)
• Previous experience analyzing and negotiating commercial lease or contract language
