About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain buildings effectively to improve tenant experience
- Ensure rooms are tenantable and ready for check-ins
- Act as the liaison between Cove and property owners
- Manage and schedule a team of associates and facilities staff
- Ensure all property tickets and requests are resolved within SLA
- Manage monthly budgeting and control daily expenses
- Ensure all monthly billings are sent out on time
- Troubleshoot and prioritize daily facility issues
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in any major
- Minimum 2 years in property management or community management
- Experience in hospitality or early-stage startups preferred
- Willingness to be mobile
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- High drive for results and ability to deal with ambiguity
