Property Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the management of a 1.1 M SF commercial office and retail portfolio in downtown Toronto
• Supervise portfolio personnel, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance evaluations
• Manage owner and tenant relationships through proactive and professional communication
• Oversee annual budget preparation, capital budgets, and tenant reconciliations
• Execute CAM and operating expense reconciliations
• Monitor financial performance, review monthly financials, and recommend corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with all tenant lease terms and oversee rent collection
• Supervise on-site personnel and assist with construction management projects as required

Requirements

• 5-7 years of commercial property management experience, specifically with office and retail assets
• Proven experience with CAM reconciliations and a strong financial/budgeting background
• Previous experience in team management and leadership
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently in a high-paced environment with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

• CPM, RPA, or CSM designations
• Active involvement with professional organizations such as BOMA
