Property Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage infrastructure for bus depots and terminals including tanks, ground, ramps, gates, and fences, as well as lease agreements
• Follow up and develop agreements with maintenance providers/traffic operators for operational services
• Responsible for parts of the budget and operational planning for assigned management objects
• Order and participate in operational projects affecting management objects
• Initiate technical and real estate investments through project orders, implementation decisions, and investment calculations
• Act as owner representative to all traffic management stakeholders
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) within the management area
• Propose changes and development opportunities to drive continuous improvement
• Participate in procurement of maintenance contracts

Requirements

• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
• Minimum of high school education
• At least 5 years of experience managing and following up on business or entrepreneurship contracts
• At least 5 years of experience in contract management analysis

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree from vocational college or university in construction, civil engineering, or real estate management
• At least 5 years of experience with financial and result responsibility in a client (public) or supplier organization
• At least 5 years of experience working within a supplier organization
