Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of a Class A Multifamily community, leading operations, leasing, and maintenance teams
  • Review financial statements and manage expenses in accordance with budgets
  • Conduct performance evaluations, 1:1 meetings, and mentor team members
  • Achieve budgeted occupancy through historical pattern assessment and action planning
  • Conduct frequent property inspections to ensure excellence in community standards
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing Laws and company policies
  • Monitor daily maintenance activities, including work order turnaround and CapEx projects
  • Analyze market data to identify emerging trends impacting community performance

Requirements

  • 3+ years of multifamily experience as a Community Manager or Assistant Property Manager at a Class A property
  • College degree or equivalent experience
  • Familiarity with RealPage
  • Superior communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a dynamic environment
  • Proven ability to foster successful team relationships
