Property Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily management of single-family residential properties
• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, property owners, and vendors
• Coordinate maintenance requests, repairs, and property inspections
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal housing regulations
• Manage lease agreements, renewals, move-ins, and move-outs
• Monitor property performance and occupancy goals
• Maintain accurate records using property management software
• Prepare reports and communicate property updates to ownership
• Deliver exceptional customer service and conflict resolution

Requirements

• 5+ years of property management or related industry experience
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal property management regulations
• Experience using property management software
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Single-family residential property management experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or Property Management
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Experience managing multiple properties simultaneously
