Property Manager

Responsibilities

• Independent management and care of the real estate portfolio
• Commissioning and monitoring of repair, maintenance, and modernization measures
• Professional support for tenants, external service providers, and authorities
• Management of rental and service contracts including data maintenance
• Coordination and monitoring of rent receivables management and utility billing
• Development of meaningful reporting to management
• Continuous analysis and further development of the real estate stock
• Close cooperation with the acquisition and sales departments
• Development and implementation of new processes to optimize property management

Requirements

• Completed training or degree in real estate or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in real estate management
• Sound knowledge of rental and contract law
• Structured, careful, and independent way of working
• Customer-oriented demeanor
• Strong cost and quality awareness
• Business fluent German
• English skills are desirable
