About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the professional face of the property for tenants and vendors
  • Manage tenant relationships and respond to inquiries
  • Coordinate maintenance and vendor services and oversee day-to-day operations
  • Own QuickBooks, Sage, or Yardi to automate financial processes
  • Perform weekly bank reconciliations and record transactions
  • Process vendor invoices and generate customer invoices
  • Maintain accurate, organized financial records
