About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage accounting operations for a portfolio of commercial and mixed-use real estate assets
- Handle tenant accounting including rent reviews, invoicing, collections, and charge regularizations
- Manage owner accounting including invoice processing, insurance payments, and VAT declarations
- Perform bank reconciliations and prepare agency reporting
- Act as a point of contact for clients regarding accounting inquiries
- Manage debt recovery by analyzing unpaid lists and issuing formal notices
Requirements
- BAC + 2 degree in accounting
- Previous experience in property accounting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of real estate management software (Even software is a plus)
- Understanding of commercial and civil lease regulations (Code du commerce, Code civil, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work autonomously
- Excellent interpersonal skills for internal and external communication
