About the role
Responsibilities
- Timely completion of work orders and special projects
- Perform HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service requests
- Complete apartment turns including drywall repair, painting, and appliance repair/replacement
- Service residents in a friendly, customer service-oriented manner
- Respond to on-call emergency service requests as directed
- Maintain property exterior and curb appeal
- Perform housekeeping and snow removal duties as needed
- Maintain pools, spas, and pool areas if applicable
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in hotel or multifamily housing preferred
- Strong experience in plumbing, electrical, appliances, and painting
- Excellent customer service skills
- General computer knowledge
