Property Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Complete daily work orders across multiple housing locations
• Perform repairs and maintenance in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and appliances
• Troubleshoot issues efficiently and make quality repairs
• Prioritize work orders and manage time independently
• Maintain a professional and respectful presence when working in occupied homes

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years of hands-on residential or building maintenance experience
• Practical knowledge in two or more skilled trades
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work
• Valid driver’s license with fewer than 6 points
• Ability to pass a background check
