Responsibilities

• Arrange and book property inspections with tenants
• Conduct an average of 8-10 inspections or 4-6 inventories each day
• Confirm visits prior to attending
• Collect and return keys from local offices
• Conduct inspections covering external condition, communal areas, and internal condition
• Ensure properties meet current legislation and are free from risk
• Complete reports and manage the approval process
• Feed back maintenance issues to property managers
• Submit reports to landlords and tenants with written summaries
• Diary follow-ups for property managers

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability and confidence to work independently
• Strong organisational skills and time management
• High attention to detail
• Full UK Driving License
