About the role

Responsibilities

  • Arrange and book property inspections with tenants
  • Conduct 4-5 inspections or 2-3 inventories per day
  • Confirm visits prior to attending
  • Collect and return keys from local offices
  • Conduct detailed inspections of external, communal, and internal property conditions
  • Ensure properties meet current legislation and are free from risk
  • Complete reports and manage the approval process
  • Feed back maintenance issues to property managers
  • Submit reports to landlords and tenants with written summaries
  • Diary follow-up actions for property managers

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability and confidence to work independently
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Full UK Driving License
