Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections
• Conduct open for inspections
• Complete entry condition reports
• Provide detailed reports
• Provide feedback to client managers

Requirements

• Agents Representative Certificate
• Current National Police Check
• Valid Driver's License
• Own reliable transport
• Experience in Real Estate
• High attention to detail
• Professional manner and excellent presentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Availability to work casually on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or weekends
• Ability to work independently across various Melbourne locations
