Property General Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of property operations to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction, profitability, and efficiency
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue, occupancy, and distribution across various channels
• Lead and mentor a team of hospitality professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
• Manage property finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control to meet financial targets
• Collaborate with Assistant Managers to deliver personalized and memorable guest experiences
• Oversee property maintenance and upkeep to ensure all facilities and amenities are in excellent condition
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, corporate housing providers, and local partners
• Analyze performance metrics and guest feedback to identify and implement areas for improvement

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of hospitality management experience with a proven track record of success
• Experience leading multiple asset classes such as hotels, F&B, or retail
• Expertise in revenue management, distribution, and strong financial management skills
• Exceptional leadership, coaching, and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with property management systems (PMS)
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
