Property Financial Controller

Responsibilities

• Own the full month-end close process for all managed properties, including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and SOCPA standards
• Compile, analyze, and monitor property-level financial data and review property owner reports
• Manage cash flow forecasting and monitor liquidity across the property portfolio
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external property managers
• Supervise tenant billing, collection matters, vendor billing, and payment processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 7+ years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in real estate or property accounting
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, SOCPA, and ZATCA regulations (including VAT, Zakat, and e-invoicing)
• Proficiency in Excel, QuickBooks, Odoo, or similar ERP systems
• Fluency in both English and Arabic
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple property entities simultaneously
