Property Engineer

Responsibilities

• Help create an outstanding guest experience by keeping the property safe, functional, and well-maintained
• Follow guest room preventive maintenance checklists
• Complete room maintenance and ensure spaces are left clean, safe, and free of debris
• Perform basic repairs including light fixtures, grout, caulking, tightening fixtures, minor plumbing, electrical, and painting
• Interact with guests and respond to maintenance needs promptly and professionally
• Report safety concerns or significant maintenance issues to management
• Meet all quality assurance standards and expectations

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in general repair such as carpentry, painting, plumbing, and maintaining mechanical equipment
• Professional, courteous demeanor
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and respond in a friendly, helpful way

Preferred Qualifications

• Pool certification
