About the role
Responsibilities
- Support administrative requirements of the building management office, including communications, work order, and filing systems
- Process and code invoices for payment and collect utility invoices
- Assist with tenant billings and coordinate data for operating expense reconciliations
- Coordinate preparation of monthly reports and budget packages
- Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs and maintain vacant spaces
- Respond to tenant needs and coordinate vendor deliveries and procurement
- Assist with emergency response plans, drills, and training
- Suggest improvements to systems, processes, and procedures
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
- Up to 2 years of job-related experience
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite
- Intermediate math skills (percentages, prorations, discounts, markups)
- Strong organizational skills
- Effective communication skills for interacting with tenants and vendors
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Proficiency with AP and CMMS systems
