Property Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Oversee the administration and physical control of Government and customer property
• Establish and manage department-level property coordinator and custodian systems
• Ensure all functional procedures and processes comply with Government Program Manager requirements
• Generate, coordinate, and implement revisions to site property procedures and work instructions
• Maintain accurate control records and coordinate property management matters across affected departments
• Support property reviews and audits, acting as the primary site contact for the AGPC organization
• Implement industry-leading practices, voluntary consensus standards, and standardized forms

Requirements

• Must be a US or Australian Citizen
• Must possess a US TS/SCI with Polygraph or AUS PV Clearance
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a property coordinator
• Strong knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements
• Excellent organizational, planning, and interpersonal communication skills
