Responsibilities

• Source and nurture client leads via both inbound and outbound channels
• Conduct property viewings, presentations, and tours
• Negotiate agreements and oversee deal closures
• Support clients through documentation and transaction processes
• Monitor market trends and update clients with relevant insights
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in real estate sales or brokerage
• Fluency in Hindi and Urdu
• Proficiency in English is an advantage
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and client relationship skills
• Proactive, goal-oriented, and highly presentable
• Familiarity with real estate documentation and procedures preferred
