Property Consultant

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads through company-provided channels and personal networking
• Meet with prospective clients to understand their real estate needs and investment goals
• Provide professional consultation on residential and commercial property opportunities
• Conduct property presentations, site visits, and project briefings
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, buyers, and property owners
• Follow up consistently with leads and maintain an active sales pipeline
• Negotiate deals and assist clients throughout the sales process
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems
• Stay informed about market trends, project updates, and competitor activities
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and post-sales support

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an HEC-recognized institution
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; sales experience is a plus
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
