Property Consultant

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, end-users, and developer sales teams
• Advise clients on project details, payment plans, ROI, and market trends
• Conduct property presentations, attend project launches, and represent the company at real estate events
• Generate and manage leads through marketing campaigns, referrals, and networking
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

• Proven sales experience in the Dubai real estate market (luxury experience preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to self-generate business
• Strong investment mindset and deep market understanding
• Professional, ambitious, and performance-driven attitude
• Mandatory fluency in English
• Proficiency in additional languages such as Turkish, Russian, German, Spanish, Italian, French, Romanian, Polish, or Norwegian is a plus
