Responsibilities

• Promote and sell real estate projects to potential clients
• Identify client needs and generate qualified leads
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to closing deals
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
• Provide professional consultations and conduct property presentations
• Ensure a smooth and high-quality customer experience

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in Real Estate or Banking (Sales or Property Consultant roles)
• Strong understanding of sales principles and CRM systems
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Fluency in English (both spoken and written)
• Proficiency in MS Office tools
• Must possess a personal car
• Highly motivated and target-driven mindset
