Property Consultant

Responsibilities

• Represent Meras Real Estate’s portfolio of properties with a strong understanding of market trends and client needs
• Generate leads and build lasting relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow-up
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective negotiation and client management
• Conduct property tours, meetings, and presentations to potential buyers and investors
• Prepare professional proposals, reports, and presentations for management and clients
• Stay up to date with market dynamics, competitor offerings, and project developments
• Ensure exceptional service quality and maintain client satisfaction throughout the sales cycle

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales, property consultancy, or banking
• Fluent in English with strong communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Goal-oriented, confident, and capable of managing client relationships professionally
