Property Consultant

Responsibilities

• Represent company products and services with deep market knowledge
• Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets
• Generate leads and build strong relationships with potential and existing clients
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and property demonstrations
• Handle client objections professionally and close sales effectively
• Prepare reports, proposals, and booking documentation
• Conduct market research and monitor competitors

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Property Consultant, Property Advisor, or similar role
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
• Must own a car

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in Real Estate or Banking
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Proficiency in MS Office
