Property Consultant

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with buying, selling, leasing, or investing in properties within the Abu Dhabi market
• Network with potential clients to build a robust pipeline
• Conduct property viewings and inspections for prospective buyers or tenants
• Prepare detailed market analyses and provide expert advice on market trends
• Negotiate terms and conditions to ensure successful transactions
• Advise clients on legal requirements and financing options

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in real estate investment or the finance sector
• Proven sales background with strong negotiation abilities
• Fluency in Mandarin and English is required
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and social media platforms
• Exceptional consulting and communication skills
• Valid UAE driver's license is preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Real Estate and/or Property Management certification
• Proficiency in Arabic or other additional languages
