About the role
Responsibilities
- Proactively engage potential clients through networking, social media, and referrals
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information on off-plan properties and market trends
- Perform market research and comparative analysis to estimate property value and investment potential
- Negotiate deals on behalf of clients to secure optimal terms
- Manage all necessary documentation for property transactions to ensure legal compliance
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of real estate experience in the UAE
- Professional and presentable appearance
- Clear, confident, and articulate communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
