Property Communications and Training Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead the organizational communications strategy and coordination for Property Management.
• Develop and implement comprehensive communications plans to drive engagement across Raytheon functional and business unit organizations.
• Partner with the Communications group to publish Property Management updates and messaging.
• Support the Training and Command Media team to ensure training documents, standard work, and command media convey the correct message, tone, and illustrations.
• Develop and maintain a centralized Property Management communications repository.
• Assist with audit communications, including tracking audits and managing document collection.
• Provide direct support to the Property Management Compliance team.

Requirements

• University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience, OR an Advanced Degree and a minimum of three (3) years of experience.
• Proven experience in Communications, Technical Writing, and/or Marketing.
• U.S. citizenship is required.

• Ability to create visually engaging presentations and content.
