Responsibilities
- Manage property claims end-to-end from first notification through to settlement
- Build and maintain high-quality relationships with stakeholders, brokers, and policyholders
- Prioritize and organize a varied caseload within system-driven SLAs and workflows
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in property claims (Commercial, Personal, or Agriculture)
- Current claims authority of £25,000 or more
- Ability to analyze complex data and make sound decisions based on established guidelines
