Responsibilities
- Carry out scheduled routine checks and resolve planned and unplanned maintenance issues
- Supervise and assist contractors to ensure work meets standards
- Collaborate with community team members to maintain premises to a high standard
- Support residents through responsive and helpful assistance
Requirements
- Good DIY skills and experience with facility maintenance
- Understanding of local and central government compliance schedules (BWOF)
- High energy, physical fitness, and enthusiasm
- Ability to manage technical systems and use computer software effectively
- Honesty, integrity, and great communication skills
- Enjoy interacting with older New Zealanders and work respectfully within a team
