Property Advisor

Responsibilities

• Own individual revenue performance and manage a personal pipeline across Revive product offerings
• Lead the full client journey from initial consultation through contract execution and project handoff
• Engage and convert inbound homeowner and real estate agent leads into qualified opportunities
• Proactively prospect and generate new opportunities through outbound outreach and networking
• Conduct consultative discovery to assess client needs, financial goals, and property conditions
• Design and present property strategies including scope, budget, timeline, and expected ROI
• Manage the full sales lifecycle from qualification and proposal through negotiation and close
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, construction, finance, and operations teams
• Accurately document opportunities and deal progress in HubSpot CRM

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in consultative sales, client advisory, real estate, or a related field
• Proven success managing a book of business or high-value client portfolio
• Strong business acumen and comfort discussing financial analysis and ROI
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• CRM proficiency, preferably HubSpot
