Property Administrator

Responsibilities

• Perform cradle-to-grave management of government-owned and contractor-acquired property
• Monitor Federal contracts to ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS regulations
• Serve as the primary program contact for all asset management matters
• Manage and support Item Unique Identification (IUID) requirements
• Conduct inventories and property-related tasks at program sites, including required travel
• Support compliance with regulations, internal controls, and audit protocols
• Collaborate with Logistics, Contracts, Procurement, and Program teams
• Support Government customers during audits and maintain proactive relationships

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years of relevant experience (or an advanced degree with 3+ years of experience)
• U.S. citizenship and an active Secret security clearance
• Experience in Government Property, Asset Management, Operations, or Supply Chain
• Proven experience with FAR/DFARS compliance and interpreting contract property requirements
• Proficiency with property systems such as Costpoint, SAP, eQuip, or A2B
• Working knowledge of government reporting systems including GFP Module and PIEE

Preferred Qualifications

• NPMA certifications (CPPS, CPPA, CPPM)
• Previous DoD or federal contracting experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of database architecture and strong analytical skills
