About the role
Responsibilities
- Administrative management of homeowner communities
- Handling and following up on inquiries from owners, presidents, and providers
- Registration and tracking of incidents
- Coordination with maintenance companies and external providers
- Updating and maintaining information in management software
- Document management and digital archiving
- Support in preparing and organizing community-related documentation
- Monitoring communications through various digital channels
- Collaboration in improvement, digitalization, and process automation projects
Requirements
- Organized and proactive personality with customer orientation
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
- Experience in property management or community management preferred
- Administrative experience in real estate, service companies, or customer service
- Experience in incident management and tracking
- Proficiency in computer tools and digital environments
- Strong communication and client relations skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with property management software
- Knowledge of Norma 43
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, etc.)
- Experience with Power Automate and automation tools
- Interest in process improvement and new technologies
