Property Accounts Administrator

Responsibilities

• Maintain the accuracy and integrity of property accounts for the Apparel Brands portfolio
• Manage new vendor set-ups and high-volume inbox invoice and document management
• Perform weekly invoice Excel uploads into the Property Management System (Progenesis)
• Manage audited sales certificate distribution and certificate management
• Check and approve payments for rent reviews, promotion fund reviews, and outgoings
• Reconcile rent accounts and investigate outgoings budgets and ad hoc charges
• Assist the property team with payment queries and administrative transactions

Requirements

• Strong accounts payable and receivable experience
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• High level of attention to detail with a focus on data integrity
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience in property accounts or centre management administration is advantageous

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Progenesis Property Management System
• Experience using NetSuite accounting software
