About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the assigned territory by proposing solutions that impact sector performance.
- Plan and execute medical promotion and point-of-sale (PDV) visits to ensure demand generation and pharmacy sales conversion.
- Apply technical product knowledge to deliver appropriate messaging to different physician profiles.
- Plan and implement medical and pharmacy events to disseminate product knowledge.
- Manage the medical and pharmacy panel according to the company's segmentation strategy.
- Ensure compliance with execution KPIs (MDV, TDFA, etc.).
- Analyze market audits with the manager to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage pharmacy stock levels and negotiate with buyers to ensure proper supply and volume.
- Develop tactical plans and utilize budgets to maximize demand results.
Requirements
- Completed Higher Education degree.
- Proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience working with respiratory diseases.
- Availability for travel.
- Active driver's license (CNH B).
- Must reside in the advertised region (Vale do Paraíba/SP).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the hospital line is desirable.
