Prompt Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine prompts to improve AI model responses and interactions
• Work closely with AI researchers and developers to integrate prompt engineering into larger systems
• Analyze AI outputs, identify issues, and iterate on prompt designs for optimal results
• Maintain detailed documentation of prompts, performance metrics, and adjustments
• Ensure prompt compliance with ethical standards and system safety guardrails
• Contribute to continuous learning and best practices in the AI and prompt engineering community

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in prompt engineering or AI model interaction optimization
• Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Experience with prompt engineering techniques for models such as GPT or Claude
• Familiarity with AI frameworks such as LangChain
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot AI model outputs critically
• Experience working with AI development teams in an Agile environment
