Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure the implementation of sales strategies in assigned stores to meet business objectives.
• Control merchandise supply and inventory levels to ensure product availability and sales budget compliance.
• Oversee and develop work teams, providing guidance to ensure business goals are met.
• Monitor and enforce store execution standards to maintain brand loyalty and customer experience.
• Manage financial resources and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for internal control.
• Administer the tasks of commission agents and store personnel to guarantee operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales administration, personnel supervision, and inventory control.
• Proven experience in sales information analysis.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and interpretation of statistical process data.
• Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles (estándar).
