Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure the implementation of sales strategies in assigned stores to meet business objectives.
• Control merchandise supply and inventory levels to ensure product availability and sales budget compliance.
• Oversee and advise on the integration and development of work teams to achieve store goals.
• Monitor and control store execution standards to enhance customer experience and brand loyalty.
• Manage financial resources and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure internal control.
• Supervise the administration of tasks performed by commission agents and store personnel.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales administration, personnel supervision, inventory control, or sales data analysis.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards.
• Ability to interpret statistical process data.
• Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.
