About the role
Responsibilities
- Promote the investment services and products of the brokerage house
- Prospect, attract, and develop new clients
- Provide personalized financial advisory based on client needs and risk profiles
- Maintain and strengthen commercial relationships with existing clients
- Meet established fundraising and sales objectives
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations (CMBV, BMV, AMIB)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Administration, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in securities promotion, investments, or wealth banking
- Valid AMIB figure 1 or 3 certification (indispensable)
- Strong ability to establish commercial relationships and effective communication skills
- Results-oriented mindset and a high sense of professional ethics
