Promotor Micro Mercados

Responsibilities

• Promote, drive, and sell the full portfolio of brands and packaging to micro and small clients within the traditional channel.
• Negotiate and execute the "success photo" based on defined parameters to ensure product presence and availability at the point of sale.
• Control and negotiate credit granting, bonuses, and equipment allocation to improve profitability and sales volume.
• Communicate service issues or client concerns to the immediate supervisor to maintain high standards of commercial partnership.

Requirements

• Technical education (Professional degree in Business Administration is highly desirable).
• 2 years of experience in personnel administration.
• 2 years of experience using IT applications.
• 1 year of experience in sales.
• Basic English proficiency (reading, writing, and conversation).

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of market development and market execution.
• Understanding of market standards and Route-to-Market (RTM) sales service models.
