Promotor Micro Mercados

Responsibilities

• Promote, drive, and sell the full portfolio of brands and packaging to micro and small clients within the traditional channel.
• Negotiate and execute the "success photo" based on defined parameters to ensure product presence and availability at the point of sale.
• Control and negotiate credit granting, bonuses, and equipment allocation to improve profitability and sales volume.
• Communicate service issues or client concerns to the immediate supervisor to maintain strong commercial partnerships.

Requirements

• Technical or Professional education (Business Administration degree preferred).
• 2 years of experience in personnel administration.
• 2 years of experience using IT applications.
• 1 year of experience in sales.
• Advanced knowledge of market development, market execution, and market standards.
• Advanced knowledge of Route-to-Market (RTM) sales service models.
• Basic English proficiency (reading, writing, and conversation).
